Today we're starting a new chapter that is called personal finance but is also called consumer arithmetic.
This chapter is all about the finance. It's about planning the budget, calculating tax, commissions, wages, etc.
The reason we're learning this chapter is because this is the part of the basic mathematics. Calculating the finance is part of the mathematics. There are plenty job for mathematics and some of them are doing the finance work, such as accountant.
Also in other reason, when you're planning for buying a new car, you're gonna be planning the budget, also thinking about the the price and your wage, etc.
